Our signature Traditional Pineapple Tarts and Golden Pineapple balls are available year-round and in our entire range of packaging — from our golden metal Tins to our artisan 3-piece, 6-piece, and 12-piece souvenir boxes. The other flavours are available in 6-piece and 12-piece souvenir boxes. Do take note that some flavours may occasionally be unavailable in specific stores.

We are not halal-certified, but we do not use any pork-based ingredients in our production.
Most of our confectioneries are vegetarian-friendly, except for our Chicken Floss Rolls and Shrimp Rolls. However, as our products contain butter, milk and eggs, we do not recommend them to customers who are vegan.
Most of our confectioneries contain dairy, egg and gluten. Some of our selections also contain peanuts and tree nuts and crustaceans. Should you have any allergies to the allergens mentioned, we do not recommend consuming Kele’s confectioneries, as they are produced within the same facility.
Our products can last 3 months from the manufacturing date when stored indoors away from direct sunlight. All expiry dates for our products are reflected on the tins. (Note: Golden Cheese Pineapple Ball can last up to 2.5 months)
There are approximately 30 pieces per tin, at around 23-25g per piece. For cookies, the weight of the tin varies depending on the selection and will be reflected on the product page.
We pride ourselves on our high quality and premium ingredients, and do not use any artificial preservatives in any of our products.
You can find us at Chinatown (2 Smith Street, 10am - 7pm daily) or at Jewel Changi (#01-K213, 10am - 10pm daily).
Please note that roll cakes are only available for sale or self-collection at our Chinatown location.

Once an order is confirmed, we typically do not allow cancellations. However, for rare issues like technical errors or duplicate orders, we consider requests on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to cancel your order due to an extenuating circumstance, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Self-collections are available from Monday to Sunday, subject to the opening hours of the location you’re looking to collect at. The daily collection slots are computed automatically - all available dates and locations will be shown on our checkout page.
The Standard Delivery fee we charge for delivery to your doorstep is $20. (For bulk and corporate orders, please contact us for details on waived delivery fees.)
This delivery option is ideal for those who require delivery on a specific date but are flexible with the receiving time — we usually deliver between 12-6pm on working days.
The delivery window may extend beyond this during peak seasons such as Chinese New Year.
Should our driver be unable to contact you during the delivery attempt, redelivery will incur an additional charge of $20 per attempt.
For delivery to hard-to-access locations such as Jurong Island, Changi Airport and Sentosa, an extra $10 fee is applicable.
Due to complex import regulations from country to country, as well as the delicate nature of our artisanal pastries, we do not currently offer international shipping as an option.

We reserve the right to amend the date of collection or delivery for any reason — usually this is due to stock unavailability, or delays on the logistics end. We also reserve the right to decline orders for any reason; this usually happens when there’s an error on the website, or an issue with your order.
Your order with us is only confirmed when payment is successfully made, and you receive an e-mail confirmation of the order being placed successfully. Once this happens, we do not accept cancellations or refunds. However, should the quality of the products you receive not be up to standard, we will gladly exchange it for you - please refer below for product exchange guidelines:
Upon receiving the product of unsatisfactory quality, please notify us via call (at +65 6560 1249 (available 9am-5pm on weekdays) or via e-mail at info@kele.sg within five (5) working days. Please include the following information:
1.Your order number, if available;
2. Your name and contact number;
3. The reason for the return, including a picture of the faults if possible.
The product will be exchanged for an equivalent product based on availability - if the original product is unavailable for some reason, we may offer you a similar product for exchange.
Purchases from Kele, including deliveries, may be returned & exchanged within 5 working days from the date of receipt or collection.
We reserve the right to collect and inspect the goods to be returned to confirm the fault upon doing an exchange.
For products delivered to you via standard delivery, we will arrange delivery for the exchange at no additional cost. For in-store purchases, we may arrange an exchange for pick-up at the same location (or at a different location on a case-by-case basis).
