Kele x Tea Chapter: An Exclusive Tea Pairing Experience

On 26th October, Kele was honored to collaborate with Tea Chapter for Tart & Tea Infusions: A Sensory Experience. In this workshop, Kele and Tea Chapter—both distinctly Singaporean brands with deep local roots—came together to blend our passion for traditional pastries with the art of tea appreciation.

Guests had the opportunity to bake our signature pineapple balls at Singapore's oldest and largest teahouse, established in 1989 within a beautifully restored Peranakan-style shophouse in Chinatown. Alongside freshly baked pastries straight out the oven, participants enjoyed a traditional tea ceremony led by Fund Lee, the owner of Tea Chapter. During this ceremony, they savored the very same exquisite tea that was once served to Queen Elizabeth II during her visit to Singapore.

At Kele, we cherish our culinary heritage and the traditions that shape our offerings. This collaboration allowed us to honor our roots while providing a memorable experience for our guests. The pairing of our beloved tarts with exceptional teas created a delightful tasting journey that celebrated the best of both worlds.
